Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 4, 2017. Cross motion by the respondent to consolidate the appeal from the judgment with appeals from two orders of the same court both dated September 24, 2015. Separate motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals from the orders on the ground that the right of direct appeal therefrom terminated upon entry of the judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the appellant's motion is granted, and the time to perfect the appeal from the judgment is enlarged until March 2, 2018; and it is further,

ORDERED that the cross motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent's motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof.
