October 18, 2016, and said appeals having been perfected, And an order of this Court entered on June 15, 2017, having granted plaintiff-appellant's motion to the extent of continuing certain interim relief granted by order of a Justice
of this Court, dated April 19, 2017, on condition that the appeal be perfected for the September 2017 Term (M-2243), And, plaintiff-appellant having moved to amend the aforesaid order of this Court entered on June 15, 2017 (M-2243) to allow enforcement of a stipulation pertaining to Receiver's sale of a certain property, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that the motion is granted.ENTERED: January 30, 2018
