Motion by the petitioner-appellant for leave to reargue her prior motion pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.15 to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 16, 2013, as a motion. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 9, 2017.
