of counsel), having moved for leave to withdraw as counsel for defendant-appellant, and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted, retained counsel is granted leave to withdraw as counsel, and assigned counsel is directed to serve to defendant a copy of this motion at his last known address.
