An appeal having been taken to this Court from the judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about March 9, 2017, And defendant-appellant having moved, through assigned counsel, for a continuation of the stay of execution of sentence and bail, pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of continuing the stay of execution of sentence of bail granted by the order of a Justice of this Court, entered on March 13, 2017, upon the same terms and conditions, and upon further condition the appeal be perfected for the June 2018 Term.
