| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 31, 2016, to clarify a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 17, 2017. Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 17, 2017, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "January 9, 2017," and substituting therefor the date "January 19, 2017," and the appellant's time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 17, 2017, is extended until March 8, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 9, 2018, and the respondent's brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before that date.
