| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Stephen C. Silverberg, PLLC, inter alia, for leave to withdraw as counsel for the appellants on an appeal from an interlocutory judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 25, 2012, and to extend the appellants' time to file papers in connection with a pending motion by the respondent Duval H. Naughton, Jr., inter alia, for leave to reargue a prior motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to withdraw as counsel is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the appellants' time to file papers in connection with a pending motion by the respondent Duval H. Naughton, Jr., inter alia, for leave to reargue a prior motion, is granted, and the appellants' time to respond to the pending motion by the respondent Duval H. Naughton, Jr., is extended until February 22, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
