| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 7, 2016, for leave to reargue the appellant's opposition to the respondent's motion to strike stated pages of the record and the appellant's brief, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 15, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 15, 2017, is extended until March 9, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 9, 2018, and the respondent's brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before that date.
