Appeals having been taken to this Court from orders of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about June 5, 2015, November 10, 2016, January 11, 2017, and two orders entered March 7, 2016, respectively, And respondent-appellant having moved to vacate any order of this Court that may have dismissed any appeals, and restoring those dismissed appeals to the Court's calendar, for an enlargement of time to perfect the aforesaid appeals, and for other relief (M-5597), And petitioner-respondent having cross-moved for dismissal of the aforesaid appeals (M-5762), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motions are granted to the extent of consolidating the appeals from the June 5, 2015, November 10, 2016, January 11, 2017 orders and the two orders from March 7, 2016, and appellant is permitted to prosecute the consolidated appeals upon 9 copies of one record and one set of appellant's points covering the consolidated appeals. The attention of the parties is directed to 22 NYCRR § 600.11. The time to perfect the consolidated appeals is enlarged to the June 2018 Term, and the motion is otherwise denied.
