Application by the appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 60-day enlargement of time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered February 10, 2017, and a judgment of the same court dated March 30, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until February 20, 2018, the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
