Petitioner having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on this CPLR article 78 proceeding transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Seneca on September 7, 2017,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Jerry Knight sworn to January 9, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the statement of Marcus J. Mastracco, Esq., dated January 23, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 11, 2018, is hereby amended by deleting the date January 10, 2018, and inserting in its place the date February 26, 2018, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 11, 2018, is hereby amended by deleting the date February 14, 2018, and inserting in its place the date April 2, 2018.
