Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 4, 2014, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated April 19, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant is enjoined from making any further motions in this Court in connection with the above-entitled appeal without prior leave of this Court.
