ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeal by Nancy Cave from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated June 16, 2015.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties to the appeal are directed to show cause why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that it has been rendered academic by a stipulation of settlement of the parties dated July 6, 2016, by filing an affidavit or affirmation on that issue with the Clerk of this Court on or before March 2, 2018, and by serving one copy of the same on each other; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause on the parties to the appeal by regular mail.
