DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 24, 2018, and January 25, 2018, respectively, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals is denied as unnecessary (see Family Ct Act § 1112); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
