Pursuant to NY Constitution article VI, § 4(i), it is
ORDERED that the above-entitled proceeding, inter alia, pursuant to CPLR article 78 to declare that certain determinations made in connection with an appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2017-12936 were arbitrary and capricious and for poor person relief, is transferred to the Appellate Division, Third Department, for hearing and determination; and it is further,
ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with this proceeding shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Division, Third Department.
