ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court entered January 11, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered November 1, 2016, is amended by deleting from the footer thereof the date "January 11, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "January 11, 2018."
