DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 5, 2017, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 14, 2017, as conditioned a stay upon the perfection of the appeal on or before January 16, 2018.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time to perfect the appeal as a condition of the stay is extended, and the record and the appellants' brief are deemed timely served and filed.
