Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to stay the appellant and nonparty Middle Village Preparatory Charter School from enrolling new students for the 2018-2019 academic year, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, one entered March 22, 2017, and one dated August 25, 2017, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
