An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about January 25, 2016, And plaintiff-appellant having moved for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, to deem the appeal already perfected, and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the June 2018 Term, with no further enlargements to be granted. Plaintiff
