| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 7, 2016, and an order of the same court dated November 25, 2016, and to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal. Cross motion by the respondent, inter alia, to dismiss the appeals for failure to timely perfect.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until March 2, 2018, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record or appendix on the appeals is denied with leave to renew by a motion made simultaneously with the perfection of the appeals; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
