| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to extend the time to settle the trial transcript on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 7, 2017, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to provide the respondent with notice of proposed amendments to the transcript pursuant to CPLR 5525(c)(1) is extended until March 2, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until April 3, 2018, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
