DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellants, by order to show cause dated May 30, 2017, for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered April 15, 2016, and for related relief. Separate motion by respondent to vacate the temporary stay contained in the order to show cause dated May 30, 2017, or for alternative relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the motion by appellants and the motion by respondent are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's motion and respondent's motion are denied, as the appeal has been determined.
