DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the District Court of Suffolk County, Fifth District, entered August 17, 2017, to extend her time to comply with the payment requirement of a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated November 29, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and appellant's time to comply with the payment requirement of the decision and order on motion of this court dated November 29, 2017 is extended to 15 days after the date of this decision and order on motion, and appellant is directed to continue to comply with the other conditions contained in the decision and order on motion of this court dated November 29, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event that any of the above conditions are not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay on three days' notice.
