Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time of the appellant and the nonparty-appellants to serve and file their respective reply briefs on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 31, 2017, and an order of the same court entered October 3, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the time of the appellant and the nonparty-appellants to serve and file their respective reply briefs is enlarged until March 6, 2018, and the reply briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date.
