DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to seal the record and briefs, and the proceedings of oral argument on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered August 10, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to seal the record and briefs is granted, the record and briefs will be filed under seal, and shall remain sealed upon filing; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to seal the proceedings of oral argument are denied without prejudice to renew after the appeal has been calendared for oral argument.
