On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 13, 2018, in the above-entitled case on a motion by Oraine McKoy pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered September 30, 2016, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the date "September 30, 2017," and substituting therefor the date "September 30, 2016."
