| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent Brooklyn Reliable Holding, Inc., to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered September 19, 2016, and for an award of costs. Separate motion by the appellants to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion by the respondent Brooklyn Reliable Holding, Inc., which is to enlarge the movant's time to serve and file a brief is granted, the movant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 23, 2018, and the movant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the respondent Brooklyn Reliable Holding, Inc., is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' motion is denied as premature.
