ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered August 29, 2016. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 15, 2017, the branch of the respondents' motion which was to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the record is inadequate was denied on condition that on or before December 15, 2017, the appellants serve and file a supplemental record containing the audio CD attached as Exhibit B to the reply affirmation of Chunyu Jean Wang dated May 31, 2016. The appellants have failed to file the supplemental record.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 15, 2017, by filing an affirmation or an affidavit on that issue in the office of the Clerk of this Court on or before March 16, 2018; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court or her designee is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties to the appeal by regular mail.
