to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeals taken from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 16, 2016 and on or about June 14, 2016, and for leave to have the appeals heard on the original record(s) and upon a reproduced appellant's brief, and for other relief,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to said motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, without prejudice to a timely appeal taken from the final order and judgment of Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 6, 2016, and it is Directed that, henceforth, all motion papers filed by respondent-appellant with this Court shall include proof of
