Appellant having moved for a stay of judgment, having moved for permission to amend the brief filed by his counsel, and having moved for other relief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on July 13, 2016,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Alex Nance sworn to December 28, 2017, the statement of Alex Nance received January 23, 2018, the documents attached thereto, and the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motions are denied, and
It is further ORDERED that appellant may file 10 copies of a pro se supplemental brief, with proof of service of one copy on assigned counsel and respondent, on or before March 22, 2018, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent may file 10 copies of a brief in response to the pro se supplemental brief, with proof of service of one copy on appellant and assigned counsel, on or before April 23, 2018.
