It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that counsel for appellant shall file 10 copies of a supplemental brief, with proof of service of one copy on the People on or before March 8, 2018, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent shall file a brief in response to the supplemental brief, if any, on or before April 9, 2018, and
