| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the attorney for the child to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 31, 2017, on the ground that the appellant failed to provide the attorney for the child with the transcript of the proceedings.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied on condition that the appellant provide the petitioner-respondent and the attorney for the child with copies of the transcript on or before March 26, 2018, and file proof of service with this Court.
