Motion by the respondent Omid Zareh, PC, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 22, 2017, and an order of the same court entered April 11, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time for the respondent Omid Zareh, PC, to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 23, 2018, and the brief of the respondent Omid Zareh, PC, shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until April 9, 2018, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
