ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken by notice of appeal dated April 20, 2017 is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect said appeal is extended to March 9, 2018, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals taken by notices of appeal and notices of cross appeal dated April 20, 2017, June 9, 2017, April 24, 2017 and June 15, 2017 shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and one brief for the appeals taken by notices of appeal dated April 20, 2017 and June 9, 2017 and one brief for the appeals taken by
notices of cross appeal dated April 24, 2017 and June 15, 2017, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken by notice of cross appeal dated April 24, 2017 is granted, without costs, and the time to file and serve the answering brief, which shall contain the points of argument on the appeals taken by notices of cross appeal dated April 24, 2017 and June 15, 2017, is extended to March 19, 2018.
