Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 25, 2015, and an order of the same Court dated April 13, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until March 16, 2018, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
