Motion by appellant to stay enforcement of a judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Clarkstown, Rockland County, entered May 2, 2017, as well as a certain income execution, pending the determination of an appeal from the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the judgment and the income execution dated August 25, 2017, directed to the New York City Department of Education, are stayed pending the determination of the appeal.
