Application by the appellants, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered July 18, 2016, in effect, to substitute Viviane W. Megalli, as executor of the estate of Maguid R. Megalli, for the deceased respondent Maguid Megalli, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Viviane W. Megalli, as executor of the estate of Maguid R. Megalli, is substituted for the deceased respondent Maguid Megalli, and the caption is amended accordingly.
