DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated August 7, 2007 (People v Williams, 43 AD3d 414), affirming a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered August 10, 2004. The application was determined by decision and order of this Court dated October 4, 2017.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
