An appeal having been taken to this Court from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about June 29, 2017,And an order of a Justice of this Court having been entered on June 13, 2017, inter alia, admitting defendant-appellant to bail after conviction and before sentencing, pursuant to CPL 530.45,And the People having moved to revoke defendant-appellant's bail based upon a new crime committed by defendant while at liberty, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted, and bail is revoked.
