| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 5, 2017, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 28, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before April 2, 2018, the respondent shall serve and file a replacement respondent's brief which contains appropriate citations to the record and does not refer to matter dehors the record; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until May 17, 2018, and the appellants' reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
