Motion by the petitioners-respondents for an expedited briefing schedule and a preference in the calendaring of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 1, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before April 3, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that the petitioners-respondents shall serve and file a brief, if any, on or before April 24, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before May 4, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that service of all briefs and the record or appendix on the appeal shall be effected pursuant to CPLR 2103(b)(1), (3), or (6).
