Defendant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about February 9, 2016, and for poor person relief with respect to the balance of certain transcripts from the trial court proceedings, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of continuing the poor person relief granted by an order of this Court (M-2820), entered on June 8, 2017 with respect to the balance of the transcripts, and the time to perfect the appeal
