February 21, 2018(M-4262/M-5249), inter alia, consolidating the aforesaid appeals, and enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the March 2018 Term, And defendant-appellant having moved to consolidate the aforesaid appeals with the appeal from the judgment of said Court entered on or about January 16, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent

of consolidating all of the aforesaid appeals, and directing defendant-appellant to file a supplemental record on appeal,

to include Exhibits D and E to the Sullivan affirmation, within
