Appellant having moved for an extensions of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from an order and an order and decree of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on August 2, 2017 (appeal No. 1), and April 7, 2017 (appeal No. 2), and having moved to consolidate the appeals,
Now, upon reading and filing affirmation of Adam M. Felsenstein, Esq., dated February 5, 2018, and the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motions insofar as they seek extensions of time to perfect the appeals are granted to the extent that the ordering paragraphs of the orders of this Court entered December 29, 2017, are hereby amended by deleting the date February 26, 2018, and inserting in its place the date April 26, 2018, and
It is further ORDERED that the motions insofar as they seek to consolidate the appeals are granted, and the appeals from the order and the order and decree entered August 2, 2017, and April 7, 2017, are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
