Application to be relieved as attorney for the children.
Upon the papers filed in support of the
application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that Nancy Sutin, Esq., is relieved of appointment as
attorney for the children and Nicole R. Rodgers, Esq., 358 Broadway, Suite 305, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866, is appointed in her place and
stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b); and it is further
ORDERED that the child be made available to the attorney for
the children as she may direct.
