of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 19, 2016, And defendants-respondents Tower Group moves (M-1040), and Adorno Denker Assoc. Inc. (M-1195) and Terry Scheiner (M-1196) having separately cross-moved for dismissal of the aforesaid appeal,And plaintiff-appellant having cross-moved for summary judgment, and to deny the aforesaid motion and cross motions to dismiss the aforesaid appeal (M-1716), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the defendants' motion and cross motions are granted, and the appeal is dismissed (M-1040/M-1195/M-1196).
