Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to reinstate his appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 8, 2015, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 19, 2015, and to stay enforcement of a certain judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
