SCHEDULING ORDER

Appeal by Elliot D. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 24, 2017. On February 26, 2018, the respondent-appellant advised the Court that the transcripts had been received. Pursuant to § 670.4(a) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a]), it is

ORDERED that on or before May 7, 2018, the respondent-appellant shall either perfect the appeal or file an affidavit or an affirmation withdrawing the appeal; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent-appellant is directed to provide copies of the transcripts to all of the other parties to the appeal, including the attorney for the children, if any, when the respondent-appellant's brief is served upon those parties; and it is further,

ORDERED that if the appeal is not perfected or withdrawn on or before May 7, 2018, the Clerk of the Court shall issue an order to all parties to the appeal to show cause why the appeal should or should not be dismissed.
