Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 7, 2017, and a judgment of the same court dated October 17, 2017, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the order is not appealable as of right and leave to appeal has not been granted (see CPLR 5701); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
