An order of this Court having been entered on November 30, 2017 (M-4878), inter alia, assigning Christina Swarns, Esq. as counsel to prosecute defendant's appeal from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about January 11, 2017, Now, upon the Court's own motion, It is ordered that the designation of assigned counsel, Christina Swarns, Esq., as counsel to prosecute defendant's appeal is stricken and, pursuant to Section 722 of the County Law, Stanley Neustadter, Esq., Cardozo School of Law, 55 Fifth Avenue, Room 1110, New York, New York 10003, Telephone No. 212-790-0410, is substituted as counsel to prosecute the appeal.
